Delete your Prevezi account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Prevezi app or app.preveziapp.com and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

If you are a carrier, you must first complete any job in progress and pay any outstanding commission.

By e-mail

If you can no longer sign in, send a request from the e-mail address of your account to info@preveziapp.com. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• name, e-mail, phone number and sign-in data;
• notifications and device tokens;
• the carrier profile (name, phone, description) and location data;
• open requests are cancelled, and your name and phone number are removed from past requests.

What is kept

Records of completed jobs and commission (amounts, dates, type of service – without contact details) are kept as long as necessary for billing and legal obligations. Ratings you gave remain without your name. More in the privacy policy.
