How do I order old items removal?
Open the Prevezi app, choose “Old items removal”, enter where from and where to and send the request. Carriers and nearby send offers with a price, and you choose the one that suits you.
How much does old items removal cost?
The price depends on the distance, the type of vehicle or load and the time of day. Instead of calling carriers one by one, you get several offers at once and pick the best one. You pay the carrier directly, in Serbian dinars (RSD).
Is the app free to use?
Yes. Posting a request and receiving offers are free for customers. You only pay for the transport, at the price you accepted.
Does it work in English?
Yes. The app and the support are available in English – choose English in Profile → Language.
Can old items be taken away for free?
Often, yes. In the request choose “Free – whoever takes it” or “Selling – buyback”. Carriers who collect metal and appliances often take them for free or pay you; for furniture and carrying down from upper floors a fee is usual.
Do I have to carry the items out?
No. In the request say where the items are (outside, in the hallway or in the flat) and which floor – the carrier carries them out by arrangement.
