How it works

Prevezi connects you with carriers. You say what you need, they offer a price, you choose.

For customers

Post a request. “Tow truck NOW” takes your location from the phone; for other services you pick a date. Enter where from and where to and what needs to be moved – the app calculates the distance.
Offers arrive. An urgent request goes immediately to available carriers nearby and to those driving back empty in your direction. Each offer shows the price, arrival time or slot and the carrier’s ratings. If there is no offer in the first few minutes, the search radius widens automatically.
Ask before choosing. You can message a carrier. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses stay hidden until you accept an offer – so the agreement is recorded in the app.
Choose an offer. You get the carrier’s phone number and they get yours. You follow the arrival live on the map.
Confirm the job. When the carrier reports “Delivered”, confirm with one tap – or report a problem if something is wrong. Finally, rate the carrier.

Everything is free for customers. You pay the carrier directly, at the price from the offer.

Create a profile – services, vehicles, base, service area and an indicative rate.
Turn on “Accepting requests” – status Available, Driving empty (towards a place) or Busy. In the Android app your location is sent even when the phone is locked.
Send an offer – the app suggests a price and arrival time based on your rate.
Do the job – “On my way” and “Picked up” are also recorded by GPS; at the end you tap “Delivered”.
Commission is charged only on completed jobs and paid by bank transfer (IPS QR code in the app).

Both sides rate each other after every job.
“Verified carrier” badge for carriers whose details the Prevezi team has checked.
Problem reports and support in the app; disputed jobs are reviewed by an administrator.
