What Prevezi is

Prevezi is a platform that connects customers who need transport (towing, goods transport, moving, passenger transport, etc.) with carriers. Prevezi is not a carrier and does not perform transport.

Customers

The customer posts a request with accurate details. Carriers send offers and the customer chooses the one that suits them. The transport agreement and payment for the service are between the customer and the carrier.

Carriers

The carrier is responsible for the vehicle, permits, insurance and performance of the service. For every completed job agreed through the app, the carrier pays the platform a commission according to the current rates shown in Billing. Premium carriers have a higher commission and are the first to be notified of new requests. Unpaid commission after the deadline temporarily disables sending offers.

Job completion

The carrier reports that the job is done and the customer confirms or reports a problem. If the customer does not respond within the deadline, the job is considered completed. Disputed jobs are reviewed by an administrator.

Ratings and conduct

Both sides can rate each other after a job. Fake requests, offensive content and bypassing the platform are prohibited. Accounts that break the rules may be blocked.

Privacy

We store the name, e-mail, phone number and locations entered in requests. The other party sees the phone number only once an offer is accepted. A carrier’s location is used while “Accepting requests” is on or during a job (to track the arrival); only the approximate position of available vehicles is shown publicly. We do not sell data to third parties. You can delete your account and data in Profile.
